Holiday apartments
We clean for the changeovers and offer competitively priced linen changes in-between changeovers. All apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. We undertake minor maintenance and we will arrange for specialists to be called in when warranted. Our contact details are left in the apartments in case of emergency. We use a first class laundry here in Tenerife and they are well aware of the standards we expect. We keep paint in apartments and should walls become scuffed as often happens with holiday makers then we will touch up the paintwork between guests. We can arrange for apartments to be redecorated and we can take on some of the smaller jobs ourselves. Broken and damaged items are replaced and receipts kept for the owners. We offer the facility to check apartment availability via our website giving us the opportunity to attract more bookings for you.
Private Dwellings
We have many private villas and apartments owned by residents that we regularly clean. We pride ourselves in not just cleaning around things but moving and tidying as we go. We are not the sort of company that will use the words "That's not our job". We want our home owners to benefit from the wow factor when we have finished our work. We'll do whatever it takes to make your home look it's best so you can enjoy it. In most cases your home is your biggest asset. We'll even rearrange your furniture to show off your home's best features if you want us to.
Caretaking and Key-holding
We provide a secure key-holding service, whether simply for emergencies, or for regular security checks if your home is left unattended for long periods.
