Cleaning
We clean and prepare your property in readiness for new arrivals. A cleaning specification is created and this contains weekly and monthly tasks. It's use as a cleaning checklist ensures a consistently high standard. We also use only environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Laundry
We manage the laundry requirements for both changeovers and Mid Stay changes. We will ensure that your linen is accounted for and in good condition at all times. We will advise if we consider that any items are in need of replacement and items such as throws, bedcovers etc will be laundered at regular intervals.We work closely with our laundry provider to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
Maintenance
We carry out regular maintenance checks and can arrange to repair or replace any items which become faulty. We can also advise on and carry out larger repairs - electrical, water heaters, kitchens & batrooms and redecorating. We ensure that all electrical appliances, remote controls and lightbulbs are working correctly on each visit.
Our 24 Hour call out service is also available to cover any emergencies.
